2. Products and Custom Orders
Each item is handmade and may vary slightly from images shown on our website.
Colours may differ depending on screen settings and print processes.
For custom stationery, you’ll be provided with digital proofs to review and approve before printing.
It’s your responsibility to check all details (spelling, dates, names, etc.) carefully before approval. Once approved, we cannot make changes or offer refunds for errors.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT (if applicable).
Full payment is required at checkout before production begins.
We accept payment via debit/credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders are not affected.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
Delivery times vary depending on the order type and quantity. Estimated delivery dates will be provided during checkout or consultation.
We use trusted courier services; however, delivery times are not guaranteed.
We are not liable for delays caused by postal or courier services once the order has been dispatched.
5. Refunds, Returns and Cancellations
Because our stationery items are custom-made, we can only offer refunds or replacements if:
The item arrives damaged, or
There is a printing or production error on our part.
To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue.
We do not accept returns or cancellations once production has started on custom orders.
If you believe your order is faulty or incorrect, please contact us at hello@littlewhitefeatherco.com and we’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, layouts, artwork, and written content on this website are the intellectual property of Little White Feather Co and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.
Custom designs created for clients remain our intellectual property. You may use them for personal, non-commercial purposes only (e.g. your wedding).
7. Website Use
By using our website, you agree not to:
Reproduce or copy any content or imagery without permission.
Use the site for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
We make every effort to keep our website up to date and accurate, but we cannot guarantee that all product descriptions or pricing are error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors or update information at any time.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
Delays in delivery beyond our control (e.g. postal strikes, courier issues).
Colour variations due to different monitor or printer settings.
Loss or damage arising from incorrect information provided by you.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total price paid for your order.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
